processing is the charge for processing, handling, packing and
transporting your order. We cannot guarantee delivery times
even if additional fees are charged for faster service. Purchases
are delivered on weekdays only. The delivery and processing
charge is calculated when the order is placed and is subject
to change. Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. |

your order before 3:00 p.m. CST and choose Standard Delivery,
you should receive your purchase(s) within approximately 5 to
7 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST will be processed
the following business day. |

Delivery |

| Select two-day
delivery for a fee of $10 above Standard delivery to receive
your purchase(s) within two business days, if your order is
placed before 3:00 p.m. CST on Monday - Friday. Orders placed
on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday
and should be delivered by the following Wednesday. |

| Select overnight
delivery for a fee of $17 above Standard delivery to receive
your purchase(s) the following day, if your order is placed
before 3:00 p.m. CST on Monday - Friday, Orders placed on Saturday
or Sunday will be processed the following Monday and should
be delivered by the following Tuesday. The shipper may require
a signature upon delivery, and you may incur an additional charge
if you are not available to accept delivery on the first attempt.
Certain items cannot be shipped overnight, in which case you
will be notified after order placement. |

with your order for any reason, Joseph will be happy to accept
your return of unworn, unused and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise
should be returned in the same packaging and in the same condition
in which it was delivered. Non-defective merchandise that has
been used may not be returned for refund. The refund amount
may be reduced from purchase price if merchandise is not in
its original packaging. |
