If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, Joseph will be happy to refund the full purchase price, upon your return of unworn, unused and unwashed merchandise within ten business days of its delivery to you. |

| Merchandise should be returned in the same packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Non-defective merchandise that has been used may not be returned for refund. The refund amount may be reduced from purchase price if merchandise is not in its original packaging or it has been marked down since you received it. |

| Joseph will refund shipping and processing charges if the item shipped is not the item ordered or if the merchandise is defective. |

| If the price of an item is reduced within ten days of purchase through JosephStores.com, Joseph will refund the difference between the reduced price and the original purchase price. For further information, please call us at 866-580-0971. |

If the correct price of an item is lower than the price shown, Joseph will charge the lower amount when the item is shipped.
